Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Combo Flow ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Combo Flow is a mobile application designed to assist with boxing and Muay Thai training. The App provides:

  • Pre-programmed training combinations
  • Customizable timer systems for rounds and rest periods
  • Audio and haptic feedback for training cues
  • The ability to create and save custom combinations
  • Training session tracking via Live Activities
  • Hands-free control through proximity sensors

The App operates entirely offline and does not require an internet connection for core functionality.

2. Eligibility

The App is available to all users capable of forming a binding contract. By using the App, you represent that you:

  • Are at least 13 years of age or have parental consent
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • Will use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

3. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Download and install the App on devices you own or control
  • Use the App for your personal, non-commercial training purposes

This license does not allow you to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the App
  • Remove any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Free vs Pro Features

Free Version

The free version of Combo Flow includes:

  • Access to all built-in training combinations
  • Full timer and round system
  • Audio and haptic feedback
  • Proximity sensor controls
  • Live Activities support
  • Ability to save up to 3 custom combinations
  • Ability to save 1 custom training set

Pro Version

Combo Flow Pro is available as an in-app purchase and includes:

  • All features of the free version
  • Unlimited custom combinations
  • Unlimited custom training sets
  • Priority support

Pro features are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device using the same Apple ID.

5. In-App Purchases

In-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. By making an in-app purchase:

  • You agree to Apple's Terms and Conditions
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
  • All sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable law
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy

6. User Content

The App allows you to create custom combinations and training sets ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content. By creating User Content:

  • You confirm that it doesn't violate any third-party rights
  • You understand it is stored locally on your device only
  • You are responsible for backing up your User Content
  • We are not responsible for any loss of User Content

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Combo Flow and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The following are trademarks or service marks of Combo Flow:

  • Combo Flow name and logo
  • Built-in combination sequences and training programs
  • App design and user interface elements

8. Health and Safety Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Combat sports training involves inherent risks of physical injury. By using this App, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Please note:

  • Combo Flow is a training aid only and is not a substitute for professional instruction
  • Always consult with a qualified instructor before beginning any training program
  • Consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program
  • Always use appropriate protective equipment when training
  • Train within your limits and stop if you experience pain or discomfort
  • Ensure you have adequate space and safe surroundings for training
  • The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition

You assume full responsibility for your use of the App and any resulting injuries or damages.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the App's content

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL COMBO FLOW, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
  • Any physical injury resulting from use of the App
  • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the App

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Combo Flow and its developers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any physical injury resulting from your training activities

12. Modifications to App and Terms

App Updates

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

Terms Updates

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available at this page. By continuing to use the App after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

13. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or us. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Any conduct that we believe violates applicable laws
  • Any conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or us

You may terminate these Terms by deleting the App from all devices in your possession or control.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Combo Flow regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
